Local Mobile Home Buyer is operated by me, Chris French.​ I grew up locally in the Valley of East Tennessee.

My background began in welding & production. I eventually realized production was more important than the art and took a risk and started buying mobile homes in 2019.

​

My goal is to approach each seller with an open mind to help provide options unique to their needs.  Over the years I have realized that money is not always the biggest issue.

 

For some making repairs is not feasible. For others life changes fast. Getting your home "show ready" isn't the best strategy for some as well.

 

Mobile homes are hard to finance and waiting weeks or months for the right buyer just isn't gonna cut it and can be down right aggravating.

Consider this question: "Why go through all this when you already have a willing buyer here?" 

 

Banks have made it extremely difficult for both sellers and buyers in the mobile home space.

 

I’m the guy next door with family in Jefferson County.
